Cultivation

Ramires can be cultivated on almost every type of soil. Ramires is extremely well suited for the use of black/white foil. The recommended plant density is 3 to 4 plants per meter.

Ramires produces nice, smooth and uniform asparagus. Ramires has a outstanding head closure and a great taste. From our experiences it turns out that Ramires very good optical qualities has and the biggest percentage 16+mm stalks produces.

Crops

Ramires has a mid-high and bright green crop. Due to the fact that Ramires has a nice and open crop, the leaves are not very sensitive to diseases.
